Bray & Long, PLLC has exceptional depth of knowledge in the fields of motorsports, golf and professional agency, where our attorneys provide comprehensive legal counsel to a variety of teams and individual drivers throughout the Carolinas and beyond.
Our attorneys have handled transactions and disputes in circuits as wide-ranging as NASCAR, Global Rallycross, Indy Car and IMSA with a primary emphasis on the general corporate representation of drivers and teams, and on the litigation and dispute resolution that often occurs in a sport where considerable dollars – and emotions – are invested.
