, 2023) William Bray and Jeff Long of Bray & Long were honored by their peers in the annual Legal Elite balloting conducted by Business North Carolina Magazine.
William Bray, the founding member of Bray & Long, was recognized for his work in the area of Business Law. William’s practice focuses on acting as primary outside counsel for small to mid-sized businesses in industries ranging from finance to software and healthcare. William additionally manages mergers and acquisitions on deals ranging in size from $1m to $60m on behalf of buyers, sellers, founders and private equity groups.
Jeff Long, who manages the firm’s commercial litigation practice, was recognized for his work in Construction Law. Jeff has been a member of Bray & Long since 2010.
William and Jeff have each been named Legal Elite on multiple occasions in their respective areas of practice.
