(Charlotte, North Carolina) July 12, 2013 – Lee Peindl has joined Bray & Long in an of counsel position, and adds to the firm’s growing commercial litigation practice. Lee is an experienced commercial litigation attorney who practices in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy (creditors’ rights). In particular, his practice focuses on construction industry representation and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, concentrating on problem-solving solutions to help his clients avoid costly litigation. An experienced trial attorney, Lee has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation and unassisted negotiations.
Lee represents a wide array of businesses, including owners, sureties, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction matters, as well as owners, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate litigation and matters involving interference with contract, trade practices and competition, and non-compete covenants. In many cases, he serves as outside general counsel to many of his small and medium-sized business clients. He is a frequent speaker and author on many topics of interest to the construction and real estate industries.
Prior to joining Bray & Long in 2013, Lee was associated with Carroll & Carroll, PLLC.
